Felicia is a second-year doctoral student at the University of Michigan studying Public Policy in Postsecondary Education. 

Felicia's doctoral research focuses on the intersection of education and labor markets. What grounds her research is the opportunity to create effective pathways for economic mobility and to facilitate smoother transitions between education and work to ensure that individuals from all walks of life can improve their lives and realize their potential.
