Kaitlyn is a first-year PhD student at the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan. She received her BA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Masters in Public Policy from Vanderbilt University. Throughout Kaitlyn’s time at Vanderbilt, she was the data manager and a graduate research assistant at the Tennessee Education Research Alliance. Her interests revolve around access to post-secondary pathways, how FGLI students make decisions on what to pursue, and how places and programs aid these students.
